Although LMHPC does not currently sponsor a fancy pigeon show (something we are trying to change!), some of our members participate in events sponsored by other organizations.

Dove Releases

Although the general public tends to think of "doves" being released at weddings, funerals, commencements, and other formal ceremonies, in fact, doves are all-white homing pigeons and are trained to return to their home loft in the same way as racing pigeons.
